"I had a house to sell, and had been watching the MLS© listing, and was trying to determine an acurate market value for my home. I tried selling it privately with a sign out front, and was just waiting for offers to fly in.  10 days went by and not a single offer.  Karla  then called and asked if she could have the chance to sell it for me. She showed me other homes that had been sold in the past , and told me what she thought I could actually get, So after reviewing the numbers, I agreed to list with her.
LOL,  A day and a half later, we had an offer and a sale !
